Schola Cantorum is committed to respecting the privacy of its patrons and other web site visitors.  This web site collects and uses your personally identifiable information in only the following ways:

  • If you use our “Contact Us” form to send us a message, we will retain and use your name and email address in order to respond to your query.
  • If you use our “Mailing List” form to join our email list, we will add you to our email mailing list.
  • If you make a donation or order a product through this web site, we will collect your name, mailing address, and email address.  We will use these to acknowledge your donation and/or fulfill your order.  We will also add you to our postal and email mailing lists.  And we will place a persistent cookie in your browser that will allow us to pre-fill your name and contact information for subsequent orders.

We use our postal and email mailing lists to send periodic announcements of our events, and on rare occasion, the events of other arts organizations that we feel would be of interest to our patrons.  We never share our mailing lists with anyone.  We will remove you from either list on request; for the email list, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

This web site uses persistent cookies for the purpose of keeping your place in the photo rotation.  Persistent cookies are also used to support the "remember me" feature on the login page.  These cookies store no personally identifiable information.

If you purchase products through the sponsorship links on our web site, from Amazon or SheetMusicPlus, they will tell us what product was purchased, but they will not identify the purchaser.  Schola Cantorum does not use this purchase information in any way.

Purchase Policies

When you purchase a CD from us, we will ship it within five business days.

When you purchase a season subscription from us, we will mail your paper tickets at least two weeks prior to the first performance of the season.  Note that only season subscribers get paper tickets; all other ticket purchases are always handled as "will call".

We offer no refunds for any purchases, except for defective CDs.
